National Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights β a forum formed with a slogan, 'Solidarity for transformation' released its' Operational Guideline-2076. Well-articulated preamble at the beginning, section (2) of the guideline states the objectives of the network. The network according to section (2) advocates for the protection and promotion of the ESCR Rights, research and reviews the laws and legislations enacted by federal, provincial and local level assemblies. Civil society organizations active in promotion of ESC rights have formed this loose network, and JuRI-Nepal has been selected as the secretariat of the network.

National Network for ESCR Rights and Justice and Rights Institute (JuRI) Nepal with support from Development Partner have written out and made public a paper titled, 'Implementation of the Land Reform Act, 2021 (7th and 8th amendments): Achievements, Challenges and Way forward".

National Network for ESCR Rights, and Justice and Rights Institute (JuRI) Nepal has produced a paper for advocacy in order for the people in need to ensure accessibility of quality public health particularly right to safe motherhood, and productive health. This also contributes in promotion of the state's responsive, and accountability in ensuring public health in the time of coronavirus pandemic.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, Justice and Rights Institute (JuRI Nepal) had successfully concluded its 9th Annual General Assembly today. Attended by twenty two members including special guests, the assembly after discussion endorsed annual report of the activities and achievements for the fiscal year - 2076/77. The progress report was presented for consideration by Rukminee Maharjan βthe Secretary General of JuRI-Nepal.
