“This was my first training on digital literacy where I got chance to explore digital platforms. I admit here that I was not using my phone, internet properly, I haven’t created email, surf to LGU website. Now, I created my own email Id from where I can communicate officially, I was not aware about cyber law and other safety protocols now I became more conscious about it. This training is going to help me in my daily routine, make my work easier. The training is important to elected representatives so they can communicate easily with community and other stakeholders.” – Dipa Shrestha, Ward Elected Representative/Member of Judicial Committee, Dipayalsilgadi LGU, Doti
