Operational Guideline-2076 releases
1st December, 2020 Kathmandu National Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights – a forum formed with a slogan, 'Solidarity for transformation' released its' Operational Guideline-2076. Well-articulated preamble at the beginning, section (2) of the guideline states the objectives of the network. The network according to section (2) advocates for the protection and promotion of the ESCR Rights, research and reviews the laws and legislations enacted by federal, provincial and local level assemblies. Civil society organizations active in promotion of ESC rights have formed this loose network, and JuRI-Nepal has been selected as the secretariat of the network.
