Advocate Mohan Lal Acharya, Executive Director of JuRI-Nepal, presented a paper on formulating human rights friendly budget. He also shared that, JuRI-Nepal has been coordinating with the members of ESCR National Network creating demand to ensure the economic, social and cultural rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">ESCR national network is focusing on basic ESCR including education,\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-176 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/jurinepal.org.np\/escr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Final_DSC_0020-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jurinepal.org.np\/escr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Final_DSC_0020-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jurinepal.org.np\/escr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Final_DSC_0020-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/jurinepal.org.np\/escr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Final_DSC_0020-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/jurinepal.org.np\/escr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Final_DSC_0020-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/jurinepal.org.np\/escr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Final_DSC_0020-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>health, and employment of women, Dalit, Janjati, marginalized communities, person with disabilities, LGBTIQ, poor people etc. as per the constitutional mandate. Budget Speech 2022\/023 has the special provision on access of quality education. They have also adopted flexible provisions for accessing loan for deprived people, Dalit and permanent resident of backward areas.
